Experiments

For this assignment I experimented with different effects and filters in Photoshop and in Picmonkey.

For this photo I used the filters, Clone and Warhol.

 For this photo I used Intrepid and Sun Glow.

 For this photo I used the effect Neon Glow.

 For this photo I used the filters, Clone and Intrepid.

 For this photo I used the filter Grain.

For this photo I played with the Hue Saturation. I made the Hue +108, the Saturation +32 and the Lightness -5.

Design

For this assignment I chose pictures I had previously taken and made them into fake book covers, movie posters and magazine covers. In order to do this I had to think about the design and flow of each picture and text.

Motion Two

For this assignment I tried to capture people in the air doing ordinary actions. In order to achieve this I used a fast shutter speed. In doing so it creates the illusion that people are levitating.

For this assignment I tried to capture motion by moving the camera while photographing. I tried to take pictures of people, lights, and colorful objects.

Silhouette

For this assignment I tried to capture the silhouette of different people, objects as well as nature. I also tried to include negative space in the picture.

Final Edit

This was my last cohesive batch of photos imitaiting Cecil Beaton's style of photography. All of the subjects have similar hand poses and are mostly looking straight into the camera.
